Amy Michelle Badger, the daughter of Jeff Badger and Susan Landgrebe Bramman was born August 11, 1987 in Ames, Iowa. She was a graduate of Urbandale High School in Des Moines in 2005. Amy then graduated Magna Cum Laude from Simpson College in Indianola in 2011.

She was currently working at up tempo music in Des Moines. Amy loved music, especially playing her guitars and singing. She had been in a band, Love Songs For Lonely Monsters. Amy enjoyed writing music and poetry. She loved her kitty, Evie.

Amy died at her home in Des Moines on Thursday, October 20, 2022. She was 35.

Those left to cherish Amy’s memory are her mother, Susan (Dave) Brammann of Harlan; her bonus stepfather, Jim Christensen of Van Meter; brothers, Zach Christensen (Willie Jo Greubel) of Winterset and Brant Christensen of Des Moines; stepsister, Shelbie (Brian) Green of Harlan; stepbrothers, Trent (Michaela) Brammann of Atlantic, Preston Reese (Amber) of Atlantic and Greg (Brandi) Wood of Atlantic; her grandfather, Bill Landgrebe of Newton; aunt, Pam Badger Hansen; uncles, Randy (Rachel) Landgrebe of Des Moines, William Badger, Pat Badger and Mike Badger; her nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.        

She was preceded in death by her father, Jeff Badger; grandmother, Roberta Landgrebe; paternal grandparents, William and Marilyn “Tootie” Badger and aunt, Julie Landgrebe Knudsen.
